Director, Business Systems Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Technology delivery team, overseeing resource capacity and delivery speed while promoting professional growth through industry best practices.

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process throughout the organization. Propel the long-term vision for essential enterprise applications.

• Accountable for executing the strategic blueprint for AI-driven workflows and interventions throughout the enterprise.

• Manage relationships with vendors, including third-party consultants and staff augmentation partners.

• Collaborate with Systems leadership and business units to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

• Work closely with the Amplify data team to ensure consistency and integrity of data across enterprise systems and data platforms.

• Establish and continuously refine technological "ways of working" and operational processes for internal delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in business systems development leadership, with expert-level architectural knowledge in at least two of our primary platforms: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi.

• Experience in managing the progression of a complex SaaS ecosystem, transitioning from maintenance to proactive optimization and scaling.

• Proven expertise in establishing and managing high-output delivery teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential.

• Extensive experience in managing high-output consultant teams and staff augmentation models.

• Responsible for executing the strategic plan for AI-driven workflows and enterprise automation projects.

• In-depth understanding of middleware and integration patterns (e.g., Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
