This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Propel growth through a consultative selling approach.
• Oversee the complete business development process for payer consulting opportunities, from market entry to deal closure.
• Build and enhance trusted advisor relationships with payer organizations, engaging with executive and senior decision-makers.
• Formulate and implement account strategies and pursuit plans that align with growth objectives.
• Work closely with consulting leaders to collaboratively develop solutions that encompass strategy, operations, technology, and analytics.
• Minimum of 8 years in business development within consulting, professional services, or healthcare solutions.
• Experience in selling to healthcare payer or insurance organizations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-driven, leveraged compensation structure.
• Strong ability in consultative selling and solution-oriented approaches.
• Must show capability to engage with executive stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in managing CRM pipelines and forecasting (Salesforce or similar).
