This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with leadership to gain insights into the organization’s PMO strengths and value propositions to formulate strategies that drive sustainable and profitable growth.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new PMO business opportunities, overseeing business development initiatives from start to finish.
• Lead the marketing efforts for a comprehensive PMO capabilities portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop business cases analyzing market options and opportunities while spearheading proposal efforts, including cost estimation and evaluating the most lucrative initiatives to enhance future revenue.
• Examine market trends and industry advancements to discover new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage in the High-Tech, Infrastructure, and Utility sectors.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Participate in networking events and conferences to research and engage with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO leadership team to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements and service delivery models.
• Engage in client debriefings and disseminate lessons learned to enhance performance.
• Promote and strive to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the business unit and the wider organization.
• Develop scalable strategies to enhance development efforts over time.
• Carry out other responsibilities associated with this position as deemed appropriate.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or consulting within Technology, Infrastructure, Utilities, or similar industries.
• Over 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment.
• In-depth knowledge of PMO services, including project, program, and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with PMO software and tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in meeting business development goals and entering new markets.
• Established capability in crafting winning RFI/SS/RFQ/RFP proposals.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, and a collaborative team player with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proficient in all MS Office™ applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Understanding of project delivery models and the lifecycle of large-scale projects.
• Self-driven with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align interests without direct authority.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict time constraints and deadlines.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a fully remote setting, overseeing teams and projects across geographically diverse locations.
• Availability to support East Coast and West Coast business hours as required.
