This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify, initiate, lead, and finalize contracts for new projects with both new and existing clients.
• Enhance company visibility, growth, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to significantly increase revenue and market share in the region.
• Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet annual sales objectives through new deal acquisition.
• Establish connections and prepare proposals for prospective and existing clients that align with target profiles.
• Effectively communicate the company's capabilities and facilitate site visits.
• Coordinate follow-up communications and manage the lead closing process for new business opportunities.
• Assist in the creation of an effective regional marketing strategy.
• 5–8+ years of demonstrated success in Business Development or Sales, ideally in the CMO/CDMO industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An advanced degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related technical area is preferred.
• Highly effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to easily adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and contexts.
• Established network of industry connections within the biopharmaceutical sector is preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally to AGC Biologics sites and client locations, approximately 50% of the time.
