This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify target accounts to enhance services and convey TELUS Digital’s offerings to clients.
• Effectively communicate product capabilities to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with our solution architects and product teams to create proposals, presentations, and executive-level statements of work for prospective and current clients.
• Build and nurture existing relationships with senior leadership in client organizations.
• Work alongside our delivery leadership to seek opportunities and engage in team-based selling through responses to RFPs or other sales processes.
• Provide insights to TELUS Digital internal teams regarding industry and vendor trends to stay well-equipped to assist our clients.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, presentations, and industry conferences.
• Significant experience in an agency or professional services consulting firm focused on digital products, particularly with healthcare client accounts at the Fortune 5000 level.
• A balance between project work related to growth strategy and operational project responsibilities, including digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to identify and analyze business challenges, possessing a keen sense of value to recognize key issues.
• Define and strategize the necessary analyses that will provide crucial answers to the relevant questions.
• Comprehend the data needed for analysis and acquire it accordingly.
• Ensure timely and precise execution of analyses.
• Utilize quantitative tools for in-depth analytical work.
• Evaluate data and convert findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information effectively across all organizational levels.
• The ideal candidate demonstrates excellence in client relations and communication, possessing the senior executive presence necessary to influence key stakeholders.
