This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement a long-term growth strategy for the territory that is in alignment with SHP’s strategic objectives.
• Create and execute territory plans aimed at strengthening district partnerships and enhancing program adoption in urban, rural, and suburban districts.
• Evaluate market conditions, funding cycles, and policy trends to guide strategic targeting.
• Keep track of competitive landscape insights to establish SHP as a premier partner in upstream violence prevention.
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with superintendents, assistant superintendents, SEL directors, safety leaders, and school boards.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions that connect SHP solutions with district strategic goals.
• Identify and activate partnership opportunities at the district, regional, and statewide levels.
• Establish multi-year and systemwide partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a strong, diversified sales pipeline that aligns with both annual and multi-year growth objectives.
• Uphold disciplined CRM practices and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, district growth, and LMS utilization.
• Act as a thought partner to leadership regarding business development strategy, change management, and process optimization.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive success in K-12 education sales, with a proven track record of selling digital solutions to various school districts.
• Excellent skills in managing executive-level relationships and building partnerships.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• High level of proficiency in Salesforce (forecasting, pipeline management, reporting), the Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual engagement platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the region; residence near a major airport is preferred.
