This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the brand positioning and go-to-market narrative for Dodge Construction Network's brand.
• Develop messaging tailored to specific personas for key audiences within the construction ecosystem.
• Create a scalable messaging framework that ensures consistency across demand generation, content, and sales enablement.
• Design a visual identity that effectively communicates an easily understandable description of our offerings.
• Oversee a team of two designers.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure the brand promise is delivered throughout the customer journey.
• Establish a strategy for identifying relevant topics and thought leaders to produce solution-oriented content.
• Guide the creation of SEO and AI Search content while meeting monthly lead generation goals.
• Align thought leaders with external speaking opportunities in collaboration with the Events and Enterprise Sales teams.
• Work alongside Customer Success to identify champions and develop advocacy programs.
• Manage advocates to enhance engagement and value, integrating them into significant conversations.
• Identify and oversee key online communities.
• Develop brand programs with influencers that address challenges faced by the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Manage the organic social media presence, content calendar, and performance measurement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance visibility and credibility through ratings and recognition programs.
• Capture quantifiable case studies across all ICPs to boost Sales conversion rates.
• Establish clear KPIs to assess the impact and accountability of the brand team.
• Continuously refine positioning and content based on insights and data.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles focused on brand marketing.
• Experience in a data & analytics, SaaS, or technology company with a proven track record of successfully positioning complex solutions for various buyer personas.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated, and compelling narratives.
• Strong understanding of competitive positioning, objection handling, and challenger messaging techniques.
• Comfortable collaborating with data and analytics teams to extract insights that inform storytelling and go-to-market strategies.
• Effective communicator and collaborator—capable of influencing executive stakeholders and inspiring cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about creating category-defining brand marketing that can compete with industry leaders such as ClickUp, Airtable, Mailchimp, and Slack.
