This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prioritize, coordinate, and strategize improvement initiatives within manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, contracts, and throughout the supply chain for maximum effectiveness.
• Spearhead and execute high-impact process improvement initiatives while creating frameworks and methodologies that enhance process analysis, design, and ongoing improvement within the Central Services and Supply Chain Teams.
• Assist other BPM Directors and offer thought leadership on BPM best practices, including Lean Six Sigma and FMEA exercises, while guiding teams through intricate problem-solving and quality enhancement projects.
• Identify, document, and refine cross-functional processes to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and optimize operational efficiency.
• Track and report on project outcomes, ROI, and cost efficiencies, utilizing data-driven insights to bolster continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Inventory, and Customer Experience to ensure coherence on process enhancements and strategic endeavors.
• Facilitate the adoption of the Process Maturity Model (training and mentoring) across the Supply Chain, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional supply chain projects that encompass multiple domains, ensuring alignment and smooth integration of processes across these areas.
• Mentor cross-functional teams in utilizing best practices and tools for process improvement, change management, and quality assurance to drive sustainable enhancements across interconnected supply chain domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in distribution facilities and systems design (WMS or TMS) along with logistics modeling.
• Over 10 years of robust project management experience with a successful history of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong skills in change management, process analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in guiding teams through transitions.
