This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Primarily concentrates on significant and intricate deals based on Total Contract value and the strategic importance for the Line of Business (LOB).
• Responsible for Request for Proposal (RFP) and digital proposals requiring in-depth knowledge and intricate details of complex bidding processes involving various levels of commercial deals.
• Aids in activities that facilitate the closure of potential sales opportunities.
• Identifies essential personnel, corporate references, critical partners, subcontractors, and all necessary proposal support resources.
• Collaborates with Contracts on all contractual term assessments and escalates issues as required.
• Works alongside solution architects to ensure that the proposed solutions fulfill the requirements.
• Designs solutions customized to client specifications.
• Gathers, documents, and verifies all required costs from Operations, IT, HR, etc.
• Develops financial models to illustrate the potential opportunity for the business.
• Evaluates legal and contractual obligations.
• Guarantees all internal approvals and sign-offs occur throughout various phases, from qualification to signature stage.
• Guides through subordinate managers.
• Implements business plans and may contribute to the strategy development for the area.
• Directs the resolution of exceptionally complex or unusual business challenges using advanced analytical thinking and judgment.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading bid, proposal, capture, or pursuit management teams within a BPO, technology, consulting, or services organization.
• Proven leader with a history of building, coaching, and nurturing high-performing proposal and bid management teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, complex pursuits for enterprise and Fortune 500 companies, enhancing win rates and driving revenue growth.
• Expertise in managing the complete bid lifecycle, from qualification and solution development to proposal submission and executive reviews.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen, competitive intelligence skills, and the ability to formulate successful pursuit strategies.
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Results-oriented leader with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
