Director – BI Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution of our business intelligence product portfolio.

• Manage a team of product owners and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership.

• Establish and drive an engaging product vision that aligns with enterprise objectives and meets customer needs.

• Create and implement long-term product strategies and roadmaps that foster scalable growth and innovation.

• Effectively communicate the product vision, priorities, and progress throughout all organizational levels.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of product owners.

• Oversee a portfolio of BI products, ensuring they align with business goals and KPIs.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to provide impactful solutions.

• Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.

• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required (Master’s degree preferred).

• 8+ years of experience as a product owner, including 2–4+ years in a leadership role, OR 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree, including 2-4+ years in a leadership position.

• Proven track record of leading teams of product owners and managing complex product portfolios.

• Strong expertise in BI, software, and/or digital product strategy.

• Demonstrated success in product portfolio planning, ROI assessment, and optimization.

• Understanding of business intelligence concepts and how products facilitate data insights.

• Experience with agile methodologies and contemporary product management tools.
