Director – AWS Alliance, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Oversee Miratech’s strategy for the AWS ecosystem and the overall execution of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Generate AWS partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through collaborative selling and marketplace commercialization efforts.

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of joint go-to-market campaigns aimed at enterprise accounts for AWS-centric CX, AI, and cloud transformation services.

• Develop scalable AWS-aligned sales strategies, solution offerings, and prospecting campaigns to enhance pipeline development and revenue expansion.

• Establish Miratech as the preferred partner for AWS ecosystem-driven opportunities by leveraging our engineering and managed services expertise.

• Equip internal teams and AWS partners with field-ready messaging, commercialization plans, and campaign materials to drive growth.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed in line with the objectives of this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in alliances, hyperscaler ecosystems, cloud partnerships, strategic sales, enterprise go-to-market leadership, or technology consulting firms.

• A proven history of developing and generating partner-influenced or partner-originated pipeline within the AWS ecosystem.

• Demonstrated capacity to create pipeline momentum through collaborative selling efforts, executive engagement, field seller relations, ecosystem positioning, and enterprise account management.

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS AI/ML services, cloud modernization, and customer experience transformation.

• Experience in commercializing service offerings and constructing AWS-aligned go-to-market strategies.

• Excellent executive communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and generate momentum in ambiguous or early-stage growth environments without the need for extensive oversight.
