📋 Description

• Oversees daily operations and execution of venture, commercialization, and co-development initiatives.

• Collaborates with the VP of Ventures to assess new opportunities, enhance IP assets, manage partnerships, and facilitate the development of scalable solutions.

• Drives the operational execution of Geisinger Ventures initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance targets.

• Develops and oversees workplans, timelines, processes, and metrics for venture and commercialization programs.

• Assists in the diligence and evaluation of new venture concepts, IP assets, partnerships, and commercialization opportunities.

• Manages the internal IP intake and assessment process, ensuring that disclosures are captured, prioritized, and advanced based on strategic and market factors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study (Required).

• Master's Degree in a Related Field of Study (Preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (Required).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects (Preferred).
