📋 Description

• Lead and guide the asset management team with clear direction.

• Manage account strategies, fulfill long-term customer commitments, oversee asset performance, and ensure profitability while executing operations across various customer sites.

• Develop governance frameworks, set standards, and implement best practices for effective asset management.

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency.

• Evaluate and authorize strategies related to asset management and facility operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least seven years of relevant experience in the field.

• A minimum of three years of leadership experience in asset management or similar sectors.

• Familiarity with facilities and asset management principles and practices.

• Proficiency in managing profit and loss while generating accurate financial forecasts.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
