This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead as a technical evangelist and trusted consultant for clients, transforming initial discussions on AI and ML into solution visions utilizing the Microsoft platform.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to enhance opportunity qualification, devise solution strategies, and finalize deals related to AI and ML initiatives.
• Conduct technical explorations to grasp business priorities, decision-making criteria, and value drivers, converting them into Data & AI architectures.
• Design and articulate AI and ML solutions, highlighting business outcomes, technical feasibility, and return on investment (ROI).
• Exhibit executive-level technical expertise in Azure, with a focus on agentic architectures, machine learning, or AI.
• Maintain technical credibility throughout the sales process, including whiteboarding sessions, architecture evaluations, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Mentor and guide architects and data scientists to ensure consistency and excellence in solutions.
• Identify opportunities for pipeline expansion through innovation workshops, proofs of value (POVs), and thought leadership.
• Ensure that proposed solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Data & AI roadmaps and industry developments.
• Lead the development of platform accelerators, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire the team to independently lead pre-sales and delivery advisory initiatives.
• Over 10 years of experience in Data Science, AI, Data, or Analytics roles, with extensive experience in enterprise client environments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading pre-sales or client-facing technical engagements, including discovery, solution design, and executive presentations.
• In-depth hands-on expertise with Microsoft Data & AI, specifically within Azure Data Services, Azure AI, Synapse/Fabric, or Databricks on Azure.
• Ability to convey complex technical capabilities as clear business value narratives.
• Proven track record of $1M+ deal success, collaborating with sales and account teams to influence pipeline development and secure deals.
• Possess an executive presence with experience in engaging C-suite executives and partnering with senior leaders as a trusted technical advisor.
• Capable of designing comprehensive Data & AI solutions that align with client goals, security, and governance requirements.
• Outstanding communication skills, including whiteboarding, storytelling, and formal presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
