This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet company sales goals and broaden market reach.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve their skills, performance, and overall productivity.
• Identify new business prospects and potential clients, building strong relationships to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate across departments with marketing, operations, and product teams to synchronize sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage key accounts and engage in high-level negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Analyze sales metrics and deliver regular reports to senior management, suggesting strategies for enhancing sales performance.
• Keep informed of market trends, competitor actions, and industry innovations to maintain GoGlobal's competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
• At least 8+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, demonstrating success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services sectors (experience in both is preferred).
• Proven record of achieving individual and team quotas, with the capability to both strategize and implement.
• Successful leadership experience in managing complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles.
• Profound understanding of APAC market dynamics, client expectations, and commercial trends.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinker with robust operational discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, top-of-funnel development, and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
• Established network of partners within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem.
• Experience in managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams.
