Director, Antitrust & Competition Law Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of explicit and practical antitrust advice to business teams regarding commercial strategies and initiatives.

• Provide counsel on pricing, distribution agreements, vertical relationships, and interactions with competitors.

• Act as a reliable advisor to cross-functional stakeholders in recognizing and managing competition law risks in everyday operations.

• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's antitrust compliance program.

• Create and present training materials and sessions designed for business audiences.

• Aid in addressing regulatory inquiries and investigations from competition authorities worldwide, engaging with external legal counsel and, when necessary, competition authorities on specific matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and qualification in the UK, EU (ideally Belgium or another EU Member State), or an equivalent jurisdiction.

• 7 to 10 years of pertinent experience in antitrust or competition law.

• Extensive experience in independently advising on commercial antitrust matters, encompassing distribution, pricing, and competitor interactions.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to convey legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
