Director, Analytics Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the data modeling function within the Business Data & Analytics team.

• Take ownership of the data models and the transformation layer.

• Provide mentorship to a high-performing team of analytics engineers.

• Collaborate closely with Finance-oriented Data Analysts.

• Set up data engineering best practices and modeling standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data, including at least 3 years in analytics engineering or a similar role.

• At least 5 years of experience in people management.

• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of dbt.

• Strong expertise in Snowflake and its ecosystem.

• Experience working with Finance, FP&A, or business operations teams.

• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools.

• Proven ability to build and maintain semantic/metrics layers.
