This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a key member of the Go-To-Market Leadership team for the Global Partner & Alliance team and the Americas region, overseeing a data-driven framework that directs organizational strategy and direction.
• Function as the operational backbone for the Global Partner & Alliance team, creating and sustaining the frameworks, processes, and reporting infrastructure necessary to evaluate partner performance, monitor program health, and scale alliance activities across various regions.
• Serve as a primary cross-functional liaison to advance GTM strategies, ensuring that sales, marketing, and client experience processes are efficient, coordinated, and adhere to best practices.
• Assist Regional Management with pricing, deal structuring, and represent Regional Sales Leadership on all deal and forecast-related calls in the absence of the Leader.
• Aid the region in setting and managing incentives in accordance with directives from Global Process and Compensation teams.
• Provide extensive sales operational support, which includes reporting, territory management, capacity planning, territory design, account and opportunity management, and making decisions on rules of engagement.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance forecast management, ensuring robust business predictability and that the region meets or surpasses growth objectives while keeping leadership updated on pipeline and other critical KPIs.
• Analyze sales performance and generate actionable insights from KPIs, productivity metrics, and account planning data to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.
• Support the business by working with cross-functional teams on new products, sales programs, and other initiatives being implemented in the region.
• Foster strong partnerships with Finance and other operations teams to promote cross-functional alignment and mutual understanding.
• Synchronize sales and marketing activities to guarantee both teams are aligned towards shared goals and executing with coordination.
• Utilize data from CRM systems and other business intelligence sources to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and inform strategic recommendations throughout the region.
• Act as the regional advocate for sales technology and CRM hygiene to ensure adoption, data integrity, and process compliance across the team.
• Facilitate the implementation of new processes, tools, and organizational changes within the region, ensuring effective communication and adoption throughout the field.
• Over 10 years of experience at a SaaS company in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, and/or client-facing roles, with direct experience working alongside Sales Leadership.
• Proficient in modeling using Excel.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance outcomes, including but not limited to drafting communications, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation.
