This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the 'Chief of Staff' to the VP of Americas Sales, overseeing all operational activities that enhance productivity for our sales teams and managers across the Americas.
• Oversee essential operational functions, which include: Weekly Forecast cycles, process management, and analysis; Quarterly Business Review (QBR) cycles, preparation, and execution.
• Responsible for quota planning and compensation rollout.
• Manage compensation plans and quota assignments for new team members in the Americas.
• Act as the primary contact for all other operational functions reporting to the Americas VP, including Deal Desk, Compensation, Analytics, and Enablement.
• Execute the yearly planning to execution cycle.
• Ensure that relevant analyses are available for decision-making in areas such as account, territory, and team planning.
• Optimize Lead Management for our Inside and Outside sales teams in the Americas.
• Oversee the internal program delivery required by the Americas field leadership team and collaborate with other functions on these initiatives.
• Foster team development to align with company objectives and individual career growth aspirations.
• Proven experience in Sales or Field Operations leadership at a Theatre level.
• A strong people manager who is highly organized and skilled in managing and influencing across various organizations to allow Sales leadership to concentrate on customers, personnel, and the programs managed by this role.
• At least 8 years of experience in a sales operations environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in crafting enterprise-wide sales operations strategy.
• Exceptional presentation abilities (both oral and written), along with the capacity to motivate, teach, and empower others.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Clary.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
