This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the enterprise AI roadmap in alignment with business priorities
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact AI use cases that demonstrate measurable ROI
• Represent the AI strategy in executive and cross-functional discussions
• Oversee the design, deployment, and operation of the enterprise AI platform
• Create a scalable, secure, and compliant AI infrastructure (LLMs, MLOps, integrations)
• Establish standards for model lifecycle management (deployment, monitoring, incident response)
• Build and enforce enterprise AI governance, focusing on model risk, compliance, and acceptable use
• Lead governance reviews and ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA)
• Maintain oversight of AI systems, vendors, and their usage throughout the organization
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across clinical, operational, and corporate functions
• Promote adoption and integration into business workflows
• Ensure that outcomes are linked to improvements in efficiency, cost, or performance
• Collaborate with IT, Clinical, HR, Operations, and Data teams
• Influence stakeholders and align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities
• Build and expand a multidisciplinary AI team
• Define roles, structures, and operational methodologies
• Manage budget, tools, and external partnerships
• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Over 10 years of experience in technology roles, including 4+ years in leadership or management positions
• Proven experience in building or scaling enterprise AI/ML platforms in production settings
• Extensive knowledge of LLM ecosystems, MLOps practices, vector databases, and AI API architectures
• Experience managing AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks
• History of converting business challenges into AI product requirements and delivering effective solutions
• Excellent executive communication skills — capable of conveying complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
• Preferred experience in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, or similar)
• Experience in healthcare IT, clinical decision support, or HIPAA-regulated environments is preferred
• Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Connect AI capabilities)
• Experience in building teams from scratch in a new function
• Background in workforce management, BPO technology, or contact center AI
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
