Director, AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to streamline workflows, improve outputs, and introduce novel capabilities for both internal teams and clients.

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of implemented AI solutions, encompassing conceptualization, construction, maintenance, enhancement, reliability, and re-platforming.

• Construct solutions that securely integrate with Polaris IQ, external tools, and client systems.

• Collaborate with the Head of AI, Client Strategy leads, Media Strategists, Data Engineers, and clients to identify high-impact opportunities and convert them into implemented solutions.

• Oversee and mentor 1–3 AI Strategists / AI Engineers, including coaching, reviewing briefs and work, and planning for their growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing (either agency-side or brand-side) in positions focused on client service/account management, product, or technology.

• 2+ years of practical experience in delivering and managing enterprise-level AI systems, including agentic orchestration, tool-use protocols (MCP), API integration, and fluency in SQL/data warehousing (BigQuery preferred).

• Proven experience in managing and developing early-career professionals.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a way that is valuable for executives and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in collaborating with Development/Engineering and Product teams.

• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and transition swiftly from concept to implementation.
