• Act as the strategic leader in identifying, prioritizing, and advancing artificial intelligence development initiatives within the Health Systems and Government Services Business Unit.

• Create, execute, enhance, and sustain policies, processes, workflows, and escalation protocols.

• Guarantee consistent and high-quality implementation of AI-related activities.

• Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to discover AI opportunities.

• Propel actions that enhance financial performance, operational excellence, and Customer Experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business strategy, business development, corporate strategy, finance, data analytics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A master's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Over 8 years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in industry and operating models in regulated and complex environments.

• Experience in leading and overseeing cross-functional decision-making forums.

• Capability to negotiate priorities and trade-offs effectively.

• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in applying advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting techniques.

• Experience in transforming ambiguous business challenges into structured analyses, options, and recommendations.
