Director, AI Engagements and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate at the convergence of AI, Cybersecurity, Engagement, and Operations

• Collaborate with leadership throughout the organization to promote AI initiatives

• Track and integrate relevant trends and innovations into the research pipeline

• Communicate when certain trends and innovations are not applicable to the company

• Strategically prioritize tasks and initiatives

• Serve as a catalyst for change

• Establish organizational goals and success metrics

• Concentrate on comprehensive company results while providing deliberate customer value

• Create structure within complex environments

• Transform raw research into influential thought leadership

• Propel strategic partner AI collaborations

• Synchronize R&D and product delivery operations in the Office of the Chief AI Officer across CrowdStrike offerings

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent is preferred

• Over 12 years of experience in AI/Strategy

• Proficiency in product management

• In-depth knowledge of AI

• Expertise in cybersecurity

• Specialization in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and ML Ops

• Strong communication and planning abilities to foster consensus within a large team

• Experience collaborating across different time zones and geographic areas

• Proven track record in developing resilient and robust systems

• Background in a leadership capacity

• Bonus: Experience in deploying Generative AI models
