Director, AI Enablement – Advancement

📋 Description

• Create and manage an organization-wide AI fluency progression framework that establishes clear, role-specific benchmarks for advanced AI application across all levels of the business.

• Develop and deliver advanced learning experiences and workshops centered on agentic AI, automation design, and multi-step workflows.

• Collaborate with functional leaders throughout the organization to pinpoint role-specific AI use cases and implement targeted enablement programs to bridge operational skill gaps.

• Create and sustain a scalable public knowledge infrastructure within internal communication platforms to ensure AI prompts, workflows, and use cases are easily searchable and reusable.

• Design frameworks, toolkits, and standard operating procedures that empower internal teams to autonomously assess and restructure their own workflows.

• Act as a technical thought partner to our People Leadership Team, supporting essential People Team workflows across Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and People Operations to minimize manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.

• Establish systematic AI capabilities within key functions across the organization, creating durable process standards and playbooks that integrate AI into daily operations by default.

• Revamp traditional performance and development programs into continuous, AI-assisted systems that foster a proactive coaching culture on a daily basis.

• Review high-volume, high-friction manual workflows across various business functions and spearhead end-to-end process redesign initiatives to make them fundamentally AI-native.

• Collaborate with executive leaders and People Business Partners to drive organizational design initiatives, assessing and modifying team structures to optimize the effectiveness of AI-native workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise change management, workforce transformation, organizational development, or digital enablement. Background in consulting, product, engineering, or business operations is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in developing scalability programs that elevate employee technical proficiency from basic tool usage to advanced AI workflows, agents, and automations.

• Practical experience in leading end-to-end process discovery, redesign, and change management for high-volume manual workflows.

• Familiarity with core People Team functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and total rewards is preferred.

• Strong functional knowledge of generative AI, large language models, agentic workflows, and foundational AI governance principles.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and executive leadership.

• Proven capability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders effectively without direct formal authority.

• Demonstrated systems-thinking approach with high comfort in navigating ambiguous organizational contexts.

• High emotional intelligence and experience in guiding teams through technological transformations or workforce anxieties.

• Experience successfully operating as a senior individual contributor driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
