This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee and expand both existing and new EDU agency client accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, robust channel performance, and coordinated execution of key initiatives.
• Conduct weekly partnership meetings and create QBR presentations that resonate with client strategic goals and performance objectives, while clearly emphasizing Zeta’s core value proposition.
• Act as the primary contact for all client and campaign inquiries, regularly updating clients on pacing, performance, progress on initiatives, campaign recommendations, creative compliance, and new scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate with channel management teams on relevant media channels to ensure coordinated execution and enhance performance initiatives.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Zeta’s wider product offerings, reporting analytics, competitive advantages, resources, and processes to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities for clients under management.
• Work with clients and internal teams to create and manage a client roadmap that outlines key milestones, testing, and opportunities, proactively identifying areas for program improvements and additional revenue.
• Oversee and manage campaign executions, including custom creative development, asset setup, campaign timeline creation, data extraction based on client audience targeting, and organization of campaign documentation.
• Develop and manage project timelines by coordinating with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
• Provide expertise and guidance to clients on new campaign strategies to ensure sustained results.
• Handle the administrative tasks of the month, such as insertion orders, pacing reports, billing, and internal finance requests.
• Over 6 years of experience in online advertising, specifically in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to establish and foster relationships, effectively navigating all levels of the decision-making process.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve problems independently.
• Strong business writing, training, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for digital media and a thorough understanding of the online advertising and affiliate management industries.
• Extensive experience in the higher education and financial services sectors.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
