📋 Description

• Take ownership of the advisor pipeline growth targets linked to revenue outcomes.

• Create segmentation for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) among RIAs, hybrid advisors, and broker-dealers.

• Develop clear messaging and positioning that resonates with advisors.

• Design and manage a multi-channel acquisition strategy encompassing paid media, LinkedIn, outbound efforts, and lifecycle marketing.

• Collaborate with Public Relations to enhance customer success stories and provide social proof.

• Create scalable partner enablement materials, including email sequences, case studies, and marketing collateral.

• Lead the webinar strategy from start to finish, including co-hosted events and pipeline conversion following the events.

• Work alongside the GTM Engineer to automate workflows and standardize AI-driven go-to-market processes.

• Enhance the conversion rates from MQL to SQL to revenue through structured experimentation.

• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives drive measurable revenue.

• Build and grow co-marketing partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in marketing to RIAs, broker-dealers, or fintech companies serving financial advisors.

• Profound understanding of advisor psychology, objections, and buying cycles.

• Strong grasp of B2B performance marketing fundamentals, including paid, outbound, and lifecycle strategies.

• Proven ability to link marketing programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

• Experience in leading webinars or event-based pipeline initiatives.

• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.

• Quantitative mindset and comfort with attribution and funnel metrics.

• High level of agency, strong execution speed, and ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments.

• Systems thinker who develops scalable processes rather than merely managing tasks.
