Director, Actuarial Services

📋 Description

• The Director of Actuarial Services is tasked with ensuring that actuarial work adheres to high standards of quality and relevance.

• Collaborate closely with actuarial, risk analytics, and opportunity analytics teams.

• Contribute to the development of standard workflows and decrease manual efforts.

• Guarantee that outputs are reliable and defensible across various models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or data science).

• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (ASA or FSA).

• Over 5 years of experience in a health actuarial environment.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance complex actuarial models.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in presenting to senior internal and client audiences.
