Director, Accounts Receivable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight to direct, manage, and enhance the revenue cycle operations.

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Act as the internal revenue cycle liaison for hospital management.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure a comprehensive understanding of revenue cycle processes and metrics.

• Supervise several Managers, offering guidance and mentorship.

• Propose and implement changes to policies or processes aimed at improving the revenue cycle.

• Create action plans for metrics falling short of established goals.

• Lead meetings with regional leaders to discuss financial performance and improvement strategies.

• Proven leader with exceptional teamwork and general management abilities.

• Demonstrated creativity, intensity, high integrity, and thoughtful judgment.

• Exhibited accounts receivable analytical and management expertise.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with billing system platforms (EPIC, Cerner, Medhost preferred).
