This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the account and/or program leader for prestigious, intricate client initiatives.
• Supervise extensive experiential and live event production, encompassing significant sports and entertainment events, multi-market activations, and high-stakes brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Creative, and Talent teams.
• Manage venue selection and sponsorship negotiations from strategy development through to activation.
• Recognize opportunities for organic account growth and lead internal proposal processes.
• Develop and approve account and program budgets and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ensure prompt and precise billing while maintaining profitability against Budget vs. Actuals (BvAs).
• Formulate account strategies that promote long-term client growth and retention.
• Act as a daily client partner through proactive communication and engaging discussions.
• Mentor and oversee Senior Managers, Managers, and Coordinators.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of junior staff up to the Senior Manager level.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to enhancements in departmental processes.
• Represent RedPeg in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Travel as necessary to manage high-profile activations and client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–9+ years of pertinent marketing, event, or sponsorship experience.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, high-profile programs, including major sports/entertainment events, multi-market activations, or complex live event productions.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client accounts and drive strategic, organic growth.
• Experience working with national and multinational brands, particularly on high-profile or global programs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Proven experience in budget management and financial accountability, including multi-million-dollar programs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with comfort in engaging senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Keynote.
• Willingness to travel as required to oversee program activations and client engagements.
