This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance for Corporate Account Operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 staff members within Corporate Account Operations.
• Oversee account operations for a designated portfolio of high-value corporate accounts.
• Direct the implementation of corporate partner programs and account operations across the wider portfolio.
• Establish and monitor team processes, service standards, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Foster and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external corporate representatives.
• Address escalated issues and ensure the successful execution of partnership commitments.
• Analyze portfolio trends, operational data, and partner feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Provide insights for leadership decisions and enhance retention and growth strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (preferred).
• A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in corporate account management, partnership operations, program management, fundraising operations, or related business functions.
• At least three years of experience in a leadership role.
• Direct accountability for strategic or high-value accounts.
• Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Ability to balance people leadership with direct management of strategic or high-value account operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in translating business objectives into actionable team execution plans.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, lead through transitions, and ensure consistent execution across a distributed portfolio or team.
• Skills in relationship management and collaboration across sales, operations, and external partner groups.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of corporate partnership execution, stewardship, customer service, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in computer-based applications and systems used for account management, reporting, and communication.
• Some travel is required, including occasional in-person meetings.
