This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, organization)
• Support community engagement (shopping, errands, outings)
• Offer emotional regulation support through calm and structured methods
• Uphold clear boundaries and consistent expectations
• Aid in household maintenance and organization
• Foster independence and personal accountability
• Communicate updates with care teams and complete necessary documentation
• Help ensure a safe, predictable, and respectful atmosphere
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Current auto insurance that meets state requirements
• Capability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying)
• Comfortable with providing personal care assistance
• Preferred: Background in caregiving, Direct Support Professional (DSP), behavioral support, or roles related to intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Experience in supporting individuals with I/DD
• Strong communication skills and ability to set boundaries
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Compensation for training
