Direct Support Professional – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, grooming, meals, personal hygiene, and medication management.

• Support clients in engaging in activities, community outings, and skill development.

• Foster independence and respect in every interaction.

• Record daily notes, training procedures, and updates in Therap.

• Relay important information to supervisors and team members.

• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and agency policies.

• Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and positive interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred experience: 2–4 years in relevant fields (DSP, CNA, PCA, RBT, Med Tech, Caregiver).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and Social Security number.

• Proficient in basic computer skills and documentation.

• Ability to successfully complete necessary background and reference checks.
