📋 Description

• Support individuals with disabilities in their daily living tasks

• Adhere to individuals’ support plans, fostering meaningful relationships in line with the Everyday Lives philosophy

• Administer medications following established guidelines

• Assist in the execution of treatments, training programs, and the development of behavior plans

• Promote participation in community activities

• Record all observations and daily progress notes promptly

• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all team members

• Accompany individuals during community outings

• Provide exceptional personal care

• Serve as a positive role model

• Fulfill all training requirements

• Advocate for the mission, vision, and values of ALWAYS A STEP ABOVE

• Carry out any additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by your supervisor
