This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, organization)
• Facilitate access to the community (shopping, errands, outings)
• Provide support for emotional regulation through calm and structured methods
• Uphold clear boundaries and consistent expectations
• Aid in household maintenance and organization
• Foster independence and personal accountability
• Relay updates to care teams and complete necessary documentation
• Help create a safe, predictable, and respectful environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver's license along with reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance (must meet state regulations)
• Capability to pass a background check (not all records will disqualify)
• Comfortable assisting with personal care requirements
• Preferred: Experience in caregiving, Direct Support Professional (DSP), behavioral support, or roles in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
• Experience working with individuals with I/DD
• Strong communication skills and ability to set boundaries
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Paid training
