Direct Support Professional, Caregiver

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver delivers direct support, positive guidance, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.

• The primary objective is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while preserving their dignity and respect.

• Provide hands-on support, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.

• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal development of the individuals we assist.

• Aid with daily living activities such as moving, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and more.

• Carry out housekeeping and laundry responsibilities.
