Direct Buyer – Consumer Electronics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for sourcing the devices that fuel Grover's subscription catalog throughout Europe.

• Collaborate with our Head of Procurement and work closely with Category Management.

• Identify available inventory while achieving a 15–20% discount compared to RRP.

• Develop the procurement strategy for your categories and gain access to trade fairs and industry events as we onboard new products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in direct buying or purchasing (preferably within e-commerce or tech companies).

• Familiarity with the consumer electronics B-stock supplier industry in Poland or Eastern Europe is a significant advantage.

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities: comfortable engaging directly with suppliers.

• Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data and spreadsheets.

• Knowledge of consumer electronics categories (such as mobile, audio, smart home, and TV) is a plus.

• Organized and detail-oriented: capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• A registered freelance setup that permits you to collaborate with clients in Germany.

• Fluent in English (C1+) and a native speaker of Polish.
