📋 Description

• Ensure that identity-driven security with Entra ID aligns with established standards and frameworks.

• Maintain and enhance solutions and service levels for key strategic Managed Service clients.

• Oversee the platform to ensure optimal service performance and cost efficiency.

• Create and sustain strategic roadmaps for ongoing enhancements to services and digital platforms.

• Generate and update monthly service and platform reports regularly.

• Build and nurture robust relationships with managed services clients, understanding their business needs and spotting opportunities for further collaboration.

• Collaborate closely with team members to identify opportunities and utilize existing capabilities to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in M365 and Entra ID technologies, advocating for Digital Workplace and cybersecurity within the business and with clients.

• Establish strong client relationships through high-quality execution and personable advice, becoming a trusted advisor and fostering long-term business partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in producing high-quality documentation and solution artifacts.

• Essential Microsoft certifications and accreditations in M365, such as MS-102 and SC-300.

• Desirable but not mandatory Microsoft certifications and accreditations like MS-721, MS-700, SC-401, and AZ-900.

• Knowledge and experience with on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID, including GPO, MFA, PIM, RBAC, External ID, Conditional Access policies, Passwordless solutions, and security configuration in line with the Microsoft Zero Trust Framework.

• Familiarity with Microsoft, NCSC, NIST, CIS, ISO27001, and Cyber Essentials frameworks and best practices, and their translation into controls, policies, and configuration baselines is advantageous.

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and connectivity needs (e.g., Entra Connect, networking fundamentals, and service performance).

• Knowledge and experience with on-premises Exchange, Hybrid, and Exchange Online.

• Experience with migrations from on-premises to cloud-hosted solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack.

• Familiarity with Digital Workplace cybersecurity tools such as BeyondTrust, Tenable, Knowbe4, and Island is beneficial.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, and automation.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
