This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, launch, manage, optimize, and report on comprehensive digital video campaigns across both programmatic and direct publisher settings, with a focus on CTV and streaming video.
• Contribute to the strategy for digital video and account management across both performance-oriented and brand-building campaigns.
• Advocate for digital video opportunities, including CTV, streaming video, programmatic video, and direct publisher options.
• Convert client goals, audience insights, historical performance metrics, scorecards, and best practices into strategic media recommendations.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Investment teams regarding video investment allocations, buying types, platforms, publishers, and targeting strategies.
• Supervise the setup of campaigns, coordination of trafficking, pacing, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across programmatic platforms and direct publisher purchases.
• Track performance and pacing through dashboards and reporting tools, identifying narratives, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for digital video in both internal and external meetings.
• Assist with campaign insights, client-facing reporting narratives, case studies, and performance summaries.
• Standardize workflows for digital video, quality assurance practices, optimization frameworks, and documentation.
• Mentor Specialists while supporting workload management, prioritization, and skill enhancement.
• Remain updated on trends in digital video, CTV, OTT, publishers, ad technology, measurement, consumption, and competition.
• Contribute to agency training, cross-training, new business initiatives, and onboarding related to digital video.
• Work collaboratively with Integrated Planning, Media Investment, Analytics, Ad Operations, and Client Service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 4-6+ years of practical experience in digital video planning, activation, and campaign management.
• Proficient with major DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Viant, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with direct publisher relations, CTV/OTT environments, trafficking workflows, reporting, and optimization.
• Knowledge of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, buying types, measurement methodologies, and activation options in digital video.
• Ability to analyze performance data, discern significant narratives, and clearly communicate implications.
• Understanding of Ad Operations, quality assurance processes, trafficking requirements, verification partners, and reporting tools.
• Certifications in Google Campaign Manager, DoubleVerify, major DSPs, or related platforms are preferred.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to mentor junior team members.
• Strong project management capabilities, budget management discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
