Digital Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation and guidance to customers on the business and organizational impacts resulting from digital transformation, offering specific recommendations for change management both in the short and long term.

• Formulate strategies to communicate key program elements, including the charter, roadmap/rollout, business case, and related changes to essential stakeholders.

• Deliver industry-specific insights and guidance to customers, drawing from successful interactions with numerous deployments.

• Evaluate and offer prescriptive advice on legacy Systems of Agreement, emphasizing the development of a multi-year roadmap for transitioning to a modern Docusign platform, which includes comprehensive end-to-end process mapping and an ROI versus Complexity analysis.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively relay customer objectives, success strategies, and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Attain financial targets for Professional Services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Show confidence when presenting to C-suite executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consultative business and technical role involving executive-level interaction.

• At least 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles.

• Background in the financial industry is preferred.

• A Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.

• Proficient in articulating a vision and planning the execution of projects.

• Proven ability to navigate and resolve complex, diverse, and occasionally unprecedented situations effectively.

• Technical expertise, with experience in infrastructure or development.

• Experience in large-scale project management.

• Familiarity with working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company and departmental goals.

• Excellent communication skills to create and communicate customer objectives, success strategies, and insights for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in managing enterprise projects with a SaaS focus.

• Knowledge of financial models and the ability to articulate value and ROI to stakeholders.

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: FinServ, Tech, Telecom, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Education, or Public Sector.
