This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Serve as a reliable technical partner to dental practitioners.
• Assist dental professionals throughout their digital transformation journey.
• Responsible for the initial evaluation and processing of digital orthodontic cases.
• Provide exceptional technical support.
• Conduct on-site and remote Spark demonstrations in partnership with Sales teams.
• Travel is required up to 25% of the time to support dental events.
• Involves a blend of hands-on digital dentistry, customer training and education, and problem-solving.
• A background as a Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist is preferred.
• Prior experience in the dental and/or orthodontic field.
• Strong understanding of digital orthodontic workflows and manufacturing processes.
• Previous experience in a comparable digital or technical support position.
• Tech-savvy and digitally proficient, with robust IT skills (Windows, macOS, MS Office, remote support tools).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A proactive and independent professional demeanor.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
