Digital Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist Account Managers in implementing priorities, developing content concepts, and executing growth strategies.

• Aid in the preparation of agendas and co-facilitate weekly client meetings.

• Offer creative suggestions for the development of run of shows for content production.

• Analyze monthly reports and contribute to the enhancement of strategic initiatives.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends on each social platform to enhance organic visibility.

• Evaluate content and manage content calendars, upholding a standard of excellence.

• Play a role in identifying influencers and fostering partnerships.

• Assist with caption writing and organizing content schedules.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

• Distribute content across social media platforms for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing and/or client management experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in collaborating with and/or managing cross-functional marketing teams (including creators, social media managers, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of paid media (familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager).

• Independent worker with exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• A proactive problem solver with the ability to foresee issues and devise innovative solutions.

• Extensive understanding of digital advertising and marketing trends, as well as the relevant media landscape.

• Capability to quickly grasp NOX’s business model, challenges, and competitive landscape, and translate this understanding into actionable agency plans.

• Proficient in the Google Suite [Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive].

• Proven problem-solving skills in a client-facing capacity.

• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with both internal and external business partners.

• Exhibits integrity and a positive attitude, regardless of the circumstances.
