Digital Solutions Architecture Leader, Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the team in researching, developing, documenting, and updating enterprise technology standards to adapt to changing system environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cybersecurity and Integration departments, to design secure and scalable solutions, offering leadership and support for compliance initiatives and operational readiness.

• Direct architectural choices that modernize platforms, minimize technical debt, and improve system resilience.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key technology vendors to facilitate solution delivery and drive innovation.

• Oversee and cultivate a high-performing team of network architects, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management to promote architectural excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.

• Proven experience leading teams in technology settings, whether in IT/DT, Engineering, or other STEM-related environments.

• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies including server operating systems, server hardware, storage, networks, virtualization, encryption, security, archival systems, and clients.

• Familiarity with Government security controls such as NISPOM, JAFAN, ICD 503, RMF, JSIG, etc.

• A valid and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is necessary before the starting date.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens qualify for a security clearance.
