This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the development of evolving ecommerce workflows and enhance processes as system and platform capabilities progress.
• Promote continuous improvement of product attributes and taxonomy to enhance customer navigation, conversion rates, and merchandising flexibility.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and creative teams to guarantee that digital content is accurate, timely, and aligned with seasonal storytelling and customer experience objectives.
• Facilitate the adoption of new platform capabilities and tools that enhance ecommerce execution and the customer experience.
• Extract and prepare approved product data from PLM systems (Backbone) for implementation on the ecommerce site.
• Aid in the accurate and efficient onboarding and execution of products.
• Review and verify product information to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and alignment with merchandising and customer experience goals.
• Implement and maintain product attribution and tagging to enhance navigation, filtering, search relevance, and on-site navigation (e.g., color, fit, fabrication, category).
• Assist with on-site copy updates and product descriptions in alignment with brand voice.
• Gather and organize product and site data utilizing Excel.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong data management skills, including experience with systems, product platforms, and Excel (data manipulation and formulas such as vlookup/index match are required).
• Familiarity with PLM/PIM systems (Backbone or similar preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ecommerce taxonomy, product attribution, site merchandising, and best practices for customer navigation.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Shopify is an advantage.
