• You guide participants from the initial stage to the practical implementation in digital sales.

• You facilitate hands-on exercises and coaching sessions rooted in actual sales scenarios.

• You inspire participants, address individual inquiries, and assist in the transition to professional application.

• You promote a respectful environment and encourage interaction within the group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (B2B, B2C, FMCG, SMCG).

• Capability to conduct practical exercises and coach participants effectively.

• Empathy and a foundational understanding of psychology to cater to individual needs.

• A passion for working digitally; extensive IT skills are not mandatory.

• A structured, communicative, and motivating work approach.
