Digital Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Build and Lead a High-Performing Team – Recruit, develop, and mentor a top-tier Digital Sales team focused on enhancing pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

• Drive Strategic Growth – Create and implement innovative sales strategies that boost adoption, utilization, and long-term customer success across Intuitive's digital offerings.

• Deliver Commercial Excellence – Set clear performance objectives, monitor key metrics, and foster accountability to achieve sustainable revenue growth and business success.

• Align and Influence Across the Organization – Collaborate with field sales and corporate stakeholders to ensure strategic market alignment, effective lead prioritization, and seamless execution.

• Collaborate Across Functions – Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies.

• Champion Innovation and Change – Lead training, adoption, and change management initiatives for new digital products and solutions.

• Advocate for Customers – Act as a trusted representative of the customer, converting feedback into actionable insights that improve product development and user experience.

• Optimize Business Performance – Manage territory planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational compliance to support scalable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in medical sales leadership

• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software is preferred

• Proven track record in strategic account management and leading cross-functional projects

• Excellent communication, organizational, and consultative selling abilities

• Willingness to travel up to 75%; field selling and access to surgical areas are required
