This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to uncover sales prospects within both existing and new target accounts.
• Finalizing agreements and facilitating customer onboarding, analyzing and optimizing workflows, as well as providing training and application support.
• Conducting client meetings and aiding sales and marketing initiatives through customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Adopting Digital Solutions and fostering the growth of digital offerings.
• Contributing to Marketing and Business Development efforts, alongside providing internal and external training in collaboration with regional marketing and commercial teams.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A background in engineering or medicine is preferred.
• Over 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in procedural or healthcare software is preferred.
• Proven success in launching new technologies in the market.
• Exceptional sales abilities and the capacity to quickly establish credibility with a highly educated customer demographic.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room setting, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and familiarity with hospital IT and EMR/PACS markets.
• Ability to articulate complex IT environments to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery, and Endoscopy in the assigned region is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a wide-ranging organization with various focuses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international).
