Digital Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Define and facilitate the delivery and lifecycle management of your product.

• Ensure that all efforts are linked to quantifiable business results.

• Act as a vital connector between operations, customer experience, partner management, and technology.

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization to comprehend integration challenges.

• Validate assumptions through product discovery processes.

• Convert insights into actionable priorities.

• Support and contribute to the strategic product vision, roadmap, and backlog to enhance enterprise and customer value.

• Collaborate with engineering and global product teams to drive solution design.

• Establish desired key results and empower teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager in a technology development environment.

• Proven track record of driving measurable business or product outcomes using iterative, incremental approaches.

• BA/BS Degree.

• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or partner onboarding workflows (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI) (Nice to Have).

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in Project Management (Nice to Have).
