This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI solutions aimed at minimizing out-of-stocks, reducing shrink and waste, and enhancing fulfillment utilization for retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPGs).
• Work backwards from customer outcomes to craft clear problem statements, product requirement documents (PRDs), and success metrics; prioritize effectively to deliver version 0, iterate to version 1, and scale successful features.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define experiments, manage backlogs, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation frameworks, ensuring models and agents are reliable, secure, and observable.
• Lead customer discovery; design pilot programs and proof points; work alongside sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, pricing and packaging, enablement, and case studies that drive revenue growth.
• Manage the business case: model unit economics and return on investment (ROI), set financial targets for margin recovery and efficiency, and report performance to executives and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data readiness and integrity by evaluating data quality, telemetry, integrations, and feedback loops; implement human-in-the-loop and policy guardrails as necessary.
• Collaborate across functions with data engineering, retailer success, enterprise sales, and business development to transition products from concept to launch and expansion.
• Over 6 years of product management experience in developing B2B or enterprise software, including more than 3 years delivering AI/ML-powered products from concept to general availability (GA).
• Proven track record of successfully shipping at least two AI/ML products utilized by enterprise customers with measurable financial impacts (e.g., margin improvement, cost reduction, or productivity enhancements).
• Hands-on experience with data, including the capability to query or analyze large datasets (e.g., SQL or similar) and assess data quality, model performance, and signal reliability.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing to launch and scale products effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to construct ROI and unit economics models and present business cases to executive-level audiences.
• Familiarity with navigating complex enterprise sales processes, including security, IT, and legal/procurement considerations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for commercial stakeholders and commercial ideas for technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
