Senior Manager, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive definition of digital product functionalities and experiences to align with the overall strategy and roadmap.

• Stay informed about changing market trends and customer requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap choices.

• Act as the voice of the customer, consistently evaluating the product from an end-user perspective to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers and the business.

• Collaborate with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to establish a vision, strategy, and prioritized feature backlog that guides and supports the product roadmap.

• Foster coherence across all product lines by effectively communicating your ideas to a diverse range of key stakeholders, including development teams, product and business teams, and the wider organization.

• Work alongside a cross-functional team of UX/Design, Technology, Professional Development, and other subject-matter experts to transform ideas from concept to reality.

• Conduct customer research and discovery to validate new product ideas while maintaining a strong empathy for customer and end-user jobs-to-be-done.

• Analyze, update, and refine strategies based on usage data and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, including leadership over complex product areas.

• Proven experience managing SaaS products with high-frequency workflows.

• Strong background in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• A solid record of delivering user-friendly experiences.

• Proficient in product discovery and prioritization techniques.

• Experience utilizing AI to inform requirements, development, and quality assurance.

• Ability to integrate user experience, business models, and strategic objectives.

• Strong history of collaborating effectively with engineering and technology leaders.
