Digital Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Define, deliver, and oversee the lifecycle of one or more products within Allstate's expanding product portfolio.

• Develop, implement, and execute product strategy for one or more offerings in our growing digital product lineup.

• Utilize customer insights, in-depth market analysis, and data collection to inform decisions regarding product strategy.

• Participate in discovery, experimentation, and learning activities to swiftly validate assumptions and product trajectories.

• Break down complex challenges into smaller, manageable tasks by establishing and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team.

• Define and track metrics to assess the success of your initiatives and guide the overall product strategy.

• Mentor and coach team members as well as individuals within the cross-functional development organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or software development is preferred.

• Working knowledge of Python, React, and Java.

• Familiarity with AI tools and methodologies relevant to product teams.
